Job Description:
Collaborate with the Band Directions to Develop and implement a comprehensive instructional technique program that aligns with the school's artistic and competitive goals. Develop and execute a recruitment plan to attract and retain student membership for the color guard program. Foster and inclusive and respectful environment that promotes growth, teamwork, and a positive cultuer within the color guard. Create and devliver well-structured choreography for the show in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Strong background in color guard instruction, DCI and/or WGI experience. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire students. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
